Story introduction
"Gap of Light" tells the story of Su Qing, a university teacher who is devoted to her students. In order to win over rural education issues and provide students with a practical platform, she takes the initiative to contact Zhou Mingyu, the vice president who holds the authority. The two got to know each other as they got along, and gradually fell in love, but they fell into a taboo relationship because of Zhou Mingyu's marriage in name only. Zhou Mingyu used his power to clear the way for Su Qing. Su Qing struggled painfully between her teacher's ethics and her personal relationship, while his wife Liu Guilan acquiesced to everything with sobriety and indifference. In the end, this secret relationship that started from the original intention, was trapped in loneliness, and was obsessed with blood ended in tragedy. Some people passed away, some atone for their sins for life, and some left safely, and the choices, bottom lines, and costs of adults were revealed.
