Treading Through Snow

At seventeen, Su Muchen defeated the enemy forces in Guansi. He wasn't afraid of death then. He thought he could do anything, that he had the world in his hands, and that he could have everything he wanted.

At twenty-seven, he couldn't save anyone he wanted to keep, including the person he cherished most. Only then did he realize he was powerless to do anything.

With rain and snow pouring down, Su Muchen refused to let his once-proud tears show. Only then did he realize how ridiculous and pitiful he was in the face of fate.
