Elementary-school-level writing / I read the original years ago / apologies for OOC
All-around everyone-loves-you story / exceptionally skilled (the Berserker is invincible from the moment he appears; the Sorcerer might need a few chapters to grow, then she'll be invincible too). If I'm writing fanfiction, of course the protagonist has to be strong.
She debuts as a Sorcerer with Team Thunderclap in Season Seven. There's hardly any match description; the main focus is on everyone in the league being amazed by her skill and on tacky relationship drama.
Second-person POV / the protagonist has a name! She has a personality, thoughts, and backstory!
The author loves melodramatic, tacky tropes, so when the little head takes control of the big one, there may be some body-type details.
There may be some very old or terrible tropes. The author is old, and surfing the internet has fried her brain.
The story centers on “you.” It will eventually show “you” becoming invincible, so there will be scenes of you defeating teams and characters from the original. The author may write some clumsy scenes of you going around and showing off, and may describe original characters as less capable than they are. If that bothers you, it's best to leave.
There are major bugs in the match descriptions before Chapter 20, and they haven't been fixed yet. For now, just consider them my personal headcanon.
