May the Grandmaster Protect Us

When Xie Ze became a disciple, the Tianxing Temple had only just been built. Including him, there were only three people in the whole temple.

His master, his senior brother, and him.

Yes, his master was the one who founded Tianxing Temple.

But before his master had even finished drinking the tea Xie Ze offered to mark his initiation, he heard someone muttering beside him: Ancestor, bless me. Ancestor, bless me. Ancestor, bless me...

Ancestor, bless me? Which ancestor? Him?

You've got to be kidding. Even though he'd awakened the wisdom of a past life, he was still just a young Taoist who'd only just put on his robe. He needed his master and senior brother to protect him!

Then Xie Ze found out that the person on the other side really was his descendant disciple.

He was from the second generation of Tianxing Temple. The other person was from... the 365th generation.

They had both only recently joined the temple, and the other person had even started practicing a little earlier than he had.

And "Ancestor, bless me" was the other person's innate divine ability. Which ancestor answered was random, as was when they appeared and what condition they were in...

Xie Ze: Fine, then.
