The Honmaru Emperor Has Arrived

At 35, the female lead, a former corporate drone, lands a generous N+1 severance package. After falling asleep at home while playing a famous, laid-back mobile game about making PowerPoint presentations, she wakes up to find she has transmigrated into the Honmaru she spent nearly twenty years building.

Was this all a big twentieth-anniversary event cooked up by some terrible game planner? A projection of the consciousness of an alien, higher-dimensional unknown System? Or simply a case of dreaming about what you think about by day, like Zhuang Zhou dreaming he was a butterfly, or a butterfly dreaming it was Zhuang Zhou?

Come on in and watch the latest short masterpiece from an author who flakes every year, written on a whim after getting off work early today: The Honmaru Emperor Has Arrived! The Bed Rotation Begins in Grand Style!

Theme: May life keep getting better for everyone.
