Zhiyi is a living calligraphy brush, and he has two goals he wants to achieve.
1. Repay Lin Qingyuan for his kindness.
2. Become the wife of Shen Yi, the top scholar.
The first goal is easy. With Zhiyi's help, Lin Qingyuan has already become the second-place scholar.
The second goal, however, is very difficult.
The top scholar is already married. His wife is peerlessly beautiful, highly skilled in magic, unfathomable, terrifying, and eerie.
The top scholar adores his wife.
Zhiyi is beside himself with worry. He has no idea how to win over his cousin, so in desperation he can only go ask his cousin's wife for help.
His cousin's wife gives him an ominous smile. "What did you just call me?"
Zhiyi immediately changes his tune. "Sister Ghost, please help me! Cousins make a perfect match."
His cousin's wife, Qiguan Rui, grits her teeth in frustration. If only she had known, she would never have turned this idiot into Shen Yi's cousin.
Besides, if we're talking about a match made in heaven, a calligraphy brush and a painted-skin demon are the perfect pair.
