A madly obsessive male lead | Part of the Trapped in Tenderness series
What does a person with no morals look like?
Probably someone who knows a relationship is already spoken for, yet deliberately gets involved anyway, using any means necessary to take it for himself.
Wen Ling thought that sometimes, beneath the polished exterior of a refined professional, what lurked inside was a twisted, disturbed madman.
"Baby, what are you thinking about?"
The man kissing her held her chin and studied her expression.
Wen Ling turned her head away. "Nothing."
"Baby, you were distracted for two minutes just now," the man said magnanimously. "So I've decided to spend two extra hours *ing you tonight."
Wen Ling's face went pale, and she pressed her lips together.

Wen Ling first met Qin Size at an industry investment conference.
She thought he was an entrepreneur who'd hit a dead end. Seeing him smoking alone on the terrace, she went over to comfort him. "It's okay. At gatherings like this, no one really cares who we are."
As she spoke soothingly, she thought about the unfair treatment she'd just suffered at her director's hands, and ended up being the first to cry.
The man looked at her and raised an eyebrow.
Wen Ling didn't know it then.
The man was the guest of honor who hadn't yet shown up at the banquet, the head of the Qin family whom everyone was eagerly waiting to see.
Later, she went with her director to negotiate a business deal.
At a luxurious private estate, the down-and-out entrepreneur she'd thought she knew had her director groveling before him.
Qin Size stroked his beloved dog and drawled lazily, "Lucas hasn't had much of an appetite lately. I wonder if his dog food is too salty."
Then
Wen Ling watched her usually haughty director lower his head and stuff his mouth full of dog food.

Wen Ling didn't know Qin Size would become obsessed with her.
At the time, she already had a boyfriend.
But Qin Size didn't care at all. She saw him use the tactics he'd employed on Wall Street against ordinary people, who didn't even have the strength to fight back.
Three months later, she moved into the private estate.
That night, after they'd been intimate, Qin Size spotted the music box she'd hidden away.
It was a gift from her ex-boyfriend, given to her when he confessed his feelings.
Qin Size buried his face in the hollow of her neck, seemingly unconcerned.
The next day, he smiled and told her he'd prepared a housewarming gift.
When Wen Ling opened it, she found a hammer inside.
Qin Size smiled as he held her hand and smashed the music box to pieces, blow after blow.
"Baby, I think I need to remind you."
"I'm your boyfriend now."
He smiled as he kissed her.
