Spellian, who had a management System bound to him, transmigrated to a city with an exceptionally high crime rate and a more violent culture than the Russians: Gotham.
The good news was that he inherited a restaurant in the old district as soon as he arrived. As long as he opened for business, his astonishing cooking skills would keep him from starving.
The bad news was
System: "Wear a festive red coat and a red mask, serve 100 customers (0/100), and pick 20 lucky winners from among them to slap across the face (0/20).
Quest reward: Thunderclap Slaps. With these hands, you will deliver thunderous judgment upon Gotham."
Spellian: "..."
He felt that with this ridiculous System weighing on him, he might not live to see another sunrise in a place like Gotham.

The Gotham Diner opened for business.
"Grand opening specials! Grand opening specials! The first customer to claim a prize will win, "
The young, handsome owner hadn't finished his opening speech when gang members there to collect protection money shoved their way through the crowd and came up to him.
One of them held a baseball bat, standing in front of everyone with a swagger. "What kind of prize?"
The owner stared at him for two seconds, then broke into a smile. "You'll win, "
A sharp slap rang out. The owner said innocently, "My big-ass smack."
Slapping progress (1/20)
Everyone: "..."

Red Hood had been hunted by the combined forces of all kinds of factions for the Nth time that month.
The first time he subdued the troublemakers, he didn't think much of it.
The second time, he dealt with them easily.
The Nth time, he angrily shoved his gun into the intruder's mouth. "What the hell is going on with you people this month?! Is there some KPI you're trying to hit using me?!"
Three assassination attempts a day, does it never end?!
Another man he'd beaten to the ground lifted his head defiantly and snarled, "You ambitious lunatic! You want to swallow up every single one of Gotham's underground factions in one go. Aren't you afraid you'll choke?"
Jason: "??????"
When had he ever had such a grand ambition? How did even he not know about it?!
With help from all sorts of well-meaning people (his old man and his faux brothers), Jason finally figured out what had happened.
"Who doesn't know the Gotham Diner's owner is one of your people! We just went to eat a meal there, and even after paying, we got slapped. Then it got to the point where he was openly robbing us!"
"Doesn't what he says mean what you say?! How dare you ask why we want to take you out!"
Jason: "..."
"First, why do you think he's one of my people? Second, you don't have to eat there. And finally, I don't know him. At. All!"
"Waaah... We didn't want to, either, but his food is too delicious!" A crowd of people sobbed.
When the captives shoved a photo of the owner in his red coat and red mask right in his face, Jason fell into deathly silence.
Jason decided to go see the restaurant owner who had made his life so miserable for himself.
Later
"Darling, I mean, shouldn't we be a little nicer to these customers? After all, you could say they're our Cupids."
