"Gotham, where the locals are gentle and the people are exceptional; Beika Town, a place blessed with outstanding people and scenery."
"Beika is a grand stage. If you've got a life to spare, come on in!"
According to an interview by Beika TV with a certain sunny, cheerful Big Blue Bird: "Coming to Beika feels just like coming home. It's awesome!"
One day, the Detective Conan cast discovered that a group of tight-costume-club enthusiasts had gradually appeared in Japan.
A foreign-born police officer appeared at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, nimbly swooping down like a bird to pin criminals underfoot.
Under the night sky on a rooftop, a giant red date suddenly leapt from a height, clutching a bottle of whiskey. Laughing wildly in midair, he shouted, "There's only room for one person to come back from hell!"
A high school detective with dark circles and a whole body that smelled of coffee transferred to Beika High School.
A shrunken detective looked at a brown-skinned, green-eyed elementary school student expertly piloting a plane. "Did you go to Hawaii for summer vacation too?"
A wheelchair-bound girl with hacking skills became an enigmatic underworld information broker. Wherever her network reached, it became her territory.
A little purple witch laughed side by side with the phantom thief KID. "Want to give the police a little excitement? I'm a real troublemaker!"
A girl dressed in black walked through the depths of the curse, becoming a shadow of fear looming over the cursed spirits.
At a certain Yellow Dusk Mansion, an invited high school detective sat at the table with his little devil of a brother, discussing with the other detectives who was the greatest detective.
Tim: The greatest detective in the world is Batman!
The detectives: Who's that? Sounds like some black-painted bat freak from a gag manga.
Tim: Don't like Batman? That's fine. It's only natural. After all, it's through constantly meeting and parting that people find those who truly share their ideals. I wish you all the best.
Damian sprang to his feet: You tasteless fools!
The melody of "Song of the Seven Sons" began to play, and a mechanical, icy voice echoed through the dim room.
"From today on, your codename is RedBreast."
Robin whiskey, also known as the Red Beast, is called the Dance of Robin in some countries.
The dim light shrouded half of Jason Todd's face in darkness.
After a long moment, he grinned, a cryptic smile curling his lips.
"This is going to be the best day of my life, Boss."
Reader's guide:
1. A classic crossover mix: Detective Conan + Bungou Stray Dogs + Jujutsu Kaisen. Only the second generation will appear from DC: the Batfamily's five Robins (four boys and Stephanie), plus Barbara and Cass; and the Superfamily's half-blood Superboy, Conner. The Superfamily will appear in the middle to later part of the story. The first generation is too overpowered and won't appear in the main story.
2. The power levels between DC and Japanese anime will be balanced. For example, the Black Organization will be similar to a Japanese-anime version of Hydra or the League of Assassins.
3. The Batfamily's dynamic is based on Wayne Family Adventures blended with the comics. Their personalities and jokes will lean toward exaggerated fanon interpretations. Ages and details are subject to authorial license. I'll do my best not to put down any DC or anime characters.
4. Except for key events, the timeline is entirely authorial license and serves the plot. Just treat it as a parallel universe.
5. The anime relationships will follow canon pairings and friendship dynamics, such as Heiji and Kazuha and Kaito and Aoko. The entire DC cast has strictly platonic and family relationships, but feel free to ship them however you like, including a chaotic Robin pileup and, later, a chaotic Superfamily pileup. You can ship the Robins in any combination, Steph with Dick, Barbara with Conner, the twins, or even the swapped pairings of Jason and Tim.
