When Li Huaisong was in his final year of high school, he wrote a love letter. His mother found it before he could deliver it.

She flew into a rage and said many hurtful things.

Li Nianzhu stood outside the bedroom door and heard only one thing: "Get out." After that, his brother never came home again.

It was years later that he learned the letter his brother had written was meant for him, when he was eighteen.

Li Nianzhu never gave up looking for his brother.

Then, six years later, while taking part in interviews for interns, he discovered that the interviewer for the final round was none other than Li Huaisong!

Li Nianzhu was over the moon. "What a coincidence, bro..."

Li Huaisong: "Keep talking and you'll be out."

Li Nianzhu: "If you really don't care, why can't you look me in the eye?"

Li Huaisong: "...Nianzhu, be good."

So his brother had comforted him only to push him away again.

Three more years passed. After returning to the country, Li Nianzhu forced Li Huaisong to meet him.

"Three years plus six years, that's nine years total. How long are you planning to take to pay me back?"

"Lying has consequences, you know." Li Nianzhu smiled and lightly patted Li Huaisong's face. "Bro, wake up. I'm not rewarding you."

1. They are not related by blood, as stated in Chapter 1.

2. In the first half, the younger brother pursues his brother and builds their relationship. In the second half, misunderstandings and mild coercion arise, and the older brother pursues the younger one.

3. The younger brother isn't very rational. Brat and mild-crazy warnings; some may find it a niche kink. It's still pretty sweet most of the time.

4. I'm not very good at writing workplace stories. This isn't a domineering CEO novel, so please bear with me.
