Yan Liang is naturally allergic to animal fur and cute things.
One day, Yan Liang is born into another world.
In this world, genetic mutations have spread across the globe, and human genes have fused with animal genes.
Eighty percent of humanity has mutated into cute, fluffy animals.
They can freely switch between human and animal forms.
The world is ruled by cute creatures, too.
Yan Liang is among the very few humans who cannot transform.
He also gains a practically useless ability: every mutant who sees him wants to pet him.
When a young man looks at him with big, watery eyes and says he's a little bunny, Yan Liang's eyes roll back and he ascends on the spot.

Yan Liang, who never goes anywhere without a mask and a lint roller, is desperate about this world. Until one day, he meets a monocled king cobra with not a single stray hair on his body, apart from his head.
The monocled king cobra is deeply insecure, because the world belongs to cute creatures.
He thinks a cold-blooded animal like him could never find an Anchor who'd want to pet him.
Yan Liang says: "On the contrary, I love petting cold-blooded animals! Come here and let me pet you!"

An "Anchor" can "bind" a mutant. Being bound by an Anchor is every mutant's lifelong pursuit and a source of pride.
An original world setting, with a few elements drawn from ABO and Sentinel-Guide.
