Chang Xi, the little goddess of Danqiu, has an older sister with a powerful halo. Her sister preaches equality for all, while Chang Xi envies everyone equally.
Chang Xi never leaves home. The people of Danqiu say she has a strange temperament and is nothing like the younger sister of their great goddess. To get her out of her tiny world, her sister sends her down the mountain to travel. Since she knows so little of the world, she must guide a hundred people before she can return to Danqiu.
She pretends to be a good person and quickly guides ninety-eight people, but the ninety-ninth brings her to a halt.
"Can I be the young lady's hundredth?"
She answers blandly, "Not if you're just one person!"
He is quick to respond. "Then can I still be the ninety-ninth?"
That works. She thinks he makes a good point.

Qi Ye You Tang was born with extraordinary bones and was hunted by humans, demons, and witches alike. At his most wretched, a woman in blue saved him. When he became the Demon Emperor, he swore to her that he would never let her down.
But she betrayed him, driving a knife into his heart.
As his consciousness faded, he clearly remembered her words: "What a fool!"
He couldn't accept it. A hundred years later, he was reborn and returned. He chuckled in her ear. "Let's be entangled forever, Your Divinity~"

But unexpectedly, the proud, noble goddess became a sinner in the divine clan. She lost all her fortune and her freedom, becoming an ordinary person. Her fiercely controlling older brother kept her confined to the inner residence, and even her cousin dared to openly hire demons to kill her.

He declared it resolutely, but tears he couldn't control fell from his eyes.
She was right. He really was a fool!
