Master, I Cultivate the Path of Ruthlessness

After being reborn, Sang Miao learned that he existed inside a book.

In the book, his spirit-communing physique, a rare gift unseen for ten thousand years, earned him a place in the foremost immortal sect. He became the senior disciple of Xuanmiao Sect.

But the moment he formed his sword bones, their fate was sealed: they would be carved out, and his golden core shattered. He would watch as his once-caring senior brother, his devoted friend, and the respected master he loved gave his sword bones to someone else, while his spirit-communing physique was replaced as well.

Having lived through it once and returned to the beginning, Sang Miao now stood on the verge of forming his sword bones, with the plot just one step away. This time, he switched without hesitation to the path of the Unfeeling Dao, thwarting their plans to take his spirit-communing physique.

Unexpectedly, the senior brother who had always been arrogant and disrespectful toward him began trying every way he could to curry favor, even going so far as to enter the demonic path.

His aloof, proud friend willingly became a laughingstock for the whole world.

And...

His master, who had always been disciplined and proper, with his heart set on the Great Dao, scattered his cultivation, defied every rule of propriety, and begged to become Sang Miao's Dao companion.

Sang Miao watched impassively as they regretted their choices, their jealousy turning to madness whenever they saw him close to someone else.

In the end, he was pinned against the bed. The usually restrained man stared at him with bloodshot eyes. Sang Miao coolly drew his sword, and blood poured forth.

Blood stained the corner of his eye as he gazed at the other man without emotion.

"Master, I cultivate the Unfeeling Dao."

I've updated the blurb. It's in my profile, orz

Theme: The Great Dao is simple. With no desires, one is unyielding; by doing nothing, nothing is left undone.
