My Portable Mountain in the 1990s

Xu You grew up hearing his dad talk about the origin of his name. It came from a poem by Tao Yuanming: “Picking chrysanthemums beneath the eastern fence, I calmly gaze upon the southern mountain.”

One day, Xu You, a 25-year-old corporate drone, opened his eyes after a nap at the office and found a mountain right there.

After acquiring a mountain he could carry around, Xu You bought a pile of seeds and saplings, ready to put them to good use, only to discover he couldn’t touch them at all. In a fit of anger, he stepped on a hoe, got whacked on the head, and traveled back to the 1990s.

Well, I have a mountain I can carry around, but it’s stuck in the 1990s!
