Opening on October 7. Currently working on the backlog. [Cold-faced, cute, tsundere younger brother] & [Warm, seductive, scheming older brother] Size difference | Fake step-siblings | Older man/younger man A year after their two dads divorced, the younger dad died unexpectedly, and the older dad fell into a slump. Qin Miao woke up to find he had transmigrated to the time before his dads fell in love. But he hadn’t become a person. He was a fluffy white steamed-bun cat. And a stray, at that! Qin Miao trekked over mountains and rivers to find his younger dad, who was training at a military academy. He sprinted over and flopped down beside his legs, meowing plaintively and wrapping his tail around him. He successfully got adopted by his younger dad. His younger dad was short on money, so the cat who’d caused all this trouble had to be a good kitty. One day, while playing on a tablet at home, the well-behaved kitty discovered a pet variety show with a big prize. Thanks to his efforts, his younger dad joined the show. The good news was that he met his CEO dad on the show. The bad news was that his older dad had brought a dog. And that dog, who had been giving the cat the side-eye, immediately turned obsequious when he saw the younger dad. Qin Miao: Tsk. What a simp. - It was the sixth year since Shen Cong had been adopted by his benefactor. His benefactor divorced his lover, and a year later, the lover died. His benefactor fell into a slump. One morning, Shen Cong opened his eyes and found himself back in the time before his benefactor fell in love. And he had become his benefactor’s dog. Shen Cong: Here’s my chance! This time, I’ll turn everything around! On the pet variety show, he met his benefactor’s future lover. Just as he was doing everything he could to bring the two together, he noticed that his benefactor’s lover had a fat cat that kept burrowing into his benefactor’s arms. Shen Cong: Tsk. Stupid cat. - Two episodes into the premiere of “Pets at Home,” the chubby kitty and stubborn dog were mortal enemies on the show, while their respective cat and dog fan clubs were at each other’s throats online. One day, the fat cat and the stubborn dog noticed that when the older dad and younger dad looked at each other, the younger dad blushed and the older dad’s ears turned red. The fat cat and stubborn dog, who’d been at odds all season, suddenly found themselves on the same side. They even started getting along. Pause the arguing. First, let’s ship them. Cat fans and dog fans: ??? Hey, are we still arguing or not? Bonus scene: Qin Miao hated being watched while grooming himself, but that stupid dog always stared at him then. In embarrassment and anger, he swatted the dog. The dog got the hint and stopped watching him groom himself. A while later, the dog started watching him use the litter box… After transmigrating back, Qin Miao found out the dog was his big brother. He spent a month sneaking around to avoid him, but his brother caught him anyway. On an ordinary night, he was fishing at the beach. As soon as his brother showed up, he ran, only to stumble into a sand pit and roll around until he was covered in mud. His brother carried him back and tossed him into the bathtub, then held his chin and smiled. “Why run? It’s not like I’m going to eat you.” Qin Miao reflexively slapped his brother, who caught his hand and gave it a long sniff. “Mmm, smells like a kitty.” Qin Miao turned bright red. “Get lost!” [Reader’s Guide] ■: Both brothers transmigrate. They aren’t biologically related, and there will be plenty of scenes featuring the two dads. The younger brother and the dads are related by blood. ■: [Important] This is not a typical cute-pet story. It’s a personal-fetish novel combining a livestream variety show (with forum-style posts), parental romance, a beastfolk world, and a beloved bottom who’s adored by everyone. After transmigrating, the setting is a futuristic interstellar world. There are a ton of imaginative worldbuilding details, including beastfolk elements inspired by the animal kingdom, such as nesting periods, intersex people (neither the top nor bottom is intersex), and the top fighting and biting other contestants in a competition for mates. There are both family and romance storylines. Many people dote on and love the bottom, but the bottom and top are absolutely devoted to each other in a one-on-one relationship. ■: Cats and dogs are both great. They’re included for the story, not to target any group. ■: Last but most important, this is a feel-good power fantasy (possibly a little unhinged). It’s best enjoyed without overthinking it~ (bows) Synopsis screenshotted on June 11, 2026 Core theme: Love life
