Strong-willed, sharp-tongued, lecherous heroine x seductive old monster
Synopsis
Past life
Shi Dai was aloof and solitary, obsessed with painting and nothing else. She thought having little connection to her family was simply her fate, until she met a breathtakingly beautiful demon.
She fell madly in love with him and painted him. Even after he rejected her again and again, she kept painting him.
She never held back when expressing her feelings. "I paint you because I like you."
The painting demon had seen through the ways of love and replied coldly, "I will never fall in love with you."
Later, he secretly conceived their child, hoping to surprise her. But she cruelly tore him to pieces with her own hands inside the painting.

Present life
Shi Dai picks up a demon. She doesn't know why he keeps rubbing up against her. Is he in heat?
She devotes herself to caring for the thousand-year-old demon and develops feelings for him, though she says nothing. Instead, she secretly gives him a role in the comic she's serializing.
Then one day, he stumbles upon her secret. The book she's drawn for her own amusement is open to just the right page. She expects him to scold her, but instead the demon takes her hand and guides it downward.
His voice is full of emotion as he says, "Girl, do you like it?"
Shi Dai never imagined he knew how she felt and was willing to do this with her. Does that mean he likes her too?
Wonderful! Shi Dai thinks she's in a relationship, so she treats the demon even better.
Later, Shi Dai notices that he keeps staring blankly at her, as though he is looking at someone else through her.
Shi Dai demands, "Who do you really love?"
The painting demon smiles instead of getting angry. "Who do I love? I don't love anyone."
Does he really not love anyone?
Then why was he so happy to conceive their child? Why did he search for her even after she was reincarnated and couldn't remember anything?

"In our past life, our bond ran its course.
In this life, our resentment has run its course.
I will no longer hold on to the past, and you will no longer suffer at my hands. You need not remember any of it..."

1. Angsty melodrama, four-love dynamic with no female-on-male reversal, happy ending, mutually faithful, long-form story.
2. The characters aren't perfect and have many flaws. The heroine lives through past and present lives, but loves the same person in both.
3. The painting demon can get pregnant, but not in the usual way (the details will be in the story).
4. The painting demon gets pregnant, but the two never have a child. Important! This is an angsty story.
5. Add it to your favorites, and the author will have a secret crush on you! Note from the author, April 18, 2026.
Core message: Love and peace.
