The Art of Being a Substitute

Blurb One

Wen Heng's features bear a slight resemblance to Ji Qi'an's, so Lu Zeming treats him as a substitute for three whole years.

Ji Qi'an, the long-awaited first love, finally returns to the country. Wen Heng goes to great lengths to find him.

After repeatedly catching Ji Qi'an looking at him with an inscrutable expression, Wen Heng thinks Ji Qi'an might feel that way about him.

Until one day, Ji Qi'an says, "Be a good boy and call me Daddy."

Wen Heng thinks disdainfully: Hah, do rich people have such weird tastes?

Later, Wen Heng: ...So he really does want to be my dad.

Later still, Ji Qi'an wants to be Wen Heng's lover.

Blurb Two

Wen Heng has only ever been two people's substitute in his life:

One was Ji Qi'an, and the other was Ji Qi'an's daughter.

He thought Ji Qi'an had romantic feelings for him, only to discover that it was father-son, no, father-daughter affection.

How ridiculous! He doesn't want to be Ji Qi'an's son!

He wants to be his lover!
