He even handed her his country and its lifeblood after reclaiming the throne.
In private, though, he plotted step by step, kept the rest of her harem in check, and sought only to be the sole object of her affection.
Once everything was settled, he obediently lay across her lap.
“Power is yours, the empire is yours, and I am yours too. How does that sound?”
