The first time he heard a familiar voice in his mind,

Sui Xian nearly stumbled, barely dodging a spaceship falling from the sky. He demanded, shocked, "Who are you?"

The voice chirped, "I'm Sui Xian."

Sui Xian fell silent.

Sui Xian was ecstatic.

His eyes blazing with excitement, Sui Xian cried, "Sui Xian, Sui Xian! I'll love you for ten thousand years!"

Ever since he was no longer a lone savage without a partner, Sui Xian had become much more peaceful.

Even living in such a chaotic world, he no longer thought about killing everyone. Instead, he worked diligently, gently made new bodies for Sui Xian No. 2, and happily watched him grow by feeding on his flesh and blood.

What made Sui Xian even happier was that Sui Xian No. 2 was exactly like him.

First, he loved Sui Xian.

Second, he was kind.

Lastly, he was good at working, skipping work, trying hard, slacking off, living, dying, putting things right when he saw injustice, and killing people when they made him uncomfortable.

Sui Xian's romance with himself was sweet and blissful.

Sui Xian was happy every day.

And he smiled as he told himself: There's no need to envy other people. As an ordinary person, the greatest happiness I could seek in life is an utterly unremarkable romance with myself.
