The Harry Potter Player Rejects an NPC's Advances

The player stared at the red and black affection values on the floating character screen and began to think. There was no doubt that Magic Awakening! was a pirated battle card game running on vapor. The System earnestly urged the player to diligently complete their tasks and not get distracted by all the other things going on, or else it would electrocute them.

Player: ...

Player: So why does a battle game have affection points?

System: This is the only way to conquer the wizarding world. A king needs loyal followers by his side.

Looking at the NPCs’ colorful expressions, the player reached into a battered leather suitcase that had appeared from who knows where and pulled out some Essence of Dittany.

NPCs: Please don’t conquer the wizarding world! Don’t poison this silly tabby cat!!!

Updates whenever. Usually two, three, or four chapters a week.

Various routes are waiting to be discovered...

Thesis: Love and peace.
