Cheng Muyang, a Guangzhou local whose family made a fortune from urban redevelopment, took on a case no one at his law firm wanted in order to fulfill his dream of defending justice. He set off for Nyingchi, the green city by the Nyang River, to work as an attorney at a local firm.
But an unexpected incident occurred along the way. As a Guangzhou foodie, Cheng Muyang had brought a dozen Qingyuan chickens with him. They all escaped from the trunk and scattered along the highway, and he didn't notice a thing.
Luckily, a forensic doctor who happened to be passing by followed him all the way and helped round up the chickens.
That was how they met. During one of their conversations, Cheng Muyang discovered that they were both headed to the same workplace in Nyingchi, by the Nyang River!
Faced with a forensic doctor who was handsome, wonderful, and exactly his type, Cheng Muyang immediately went on the offensive.
On his first day in Nyingchi, he made an invitation:

When he was feeling scared and wanted company, he called without hesitation and said in a plaintive voice:

When Xu Xilin took off his jacket, he made sure to offer an enthusiastic compliment:

Even when he accidentally touched somewhere he shouldn't, Cheng Muyang blushed and earnestly added, "It feels great."
