While filming promotional content for their CP, the photographer called out, "Put some love in your eyes."
Bai Yanzhi had performed for the camera for seven years. He could meet that kind of request with his eyes closed.
Then he realized Shen Yuchuan wasn't looking at the camera.
Shen Yuchuan was looking at him. It wasn't a casual glance. His gaze was steady, resting between Bai Yanzhi's brow and eye socket, as if he were trying to see something deeper inside. The director nodded with satisfaction behind the monitor and said that look was perfect.
Bai Yanzhi knew it wasn't acting.
He could tell the difference.
That was the problem.
He had seen that look before. He just couldn't remember where.
Modern romance, BL, one-on-one devoted love, happy ending. Fake dating for the cameras, real feelings behind the scenes. Restrained and slow-burn, with clues gradually coming together. A devoted, roguish top × a coolheaded, aloof bottom.
Theme: Love isn't fate. It's the choice to walk toward someone.
