Gentle, cunning, outwardly dominant gong x sensitive, suspicious, neurotic shou
The main story is complete. It is expected to enter VIP on July 21, with the retroactive paywall starting at Chapter 19. If you've already read those chapters, please remember not to buy them again. Thank you all for your support and company w
[Blurb]:
Liu Xuqing found a yellowed diary at home.
It said that three years ago, his lover Ji Mingtan had been pushed into a river and drowned by Liu Xuqing's own hands.
How could that be?!
Liu Xuqing was startled.
He had clearly been living with Ji Mingtan all these years. How could he possibly be dead?
Besides, Ji Mingtan treated him so well. What reason could he have had to kill him?
Yet in his nightmares, he was trapped by a sticky, terrifying monster in a damp, dark lair. The monster demanded him day and night, steeping him in a head-spinning, intoxicating scent.
In the dream, Liu Xuqing finally couldn't take it anymore. He drew a dagger and hacked the monster to pieces.
As he paused to catch his breath, he saw the monster, reduced to a pulp, begin to writhe and reassemble frantically. Shreds of flesh pieced themselves together, forming a gentle, handsome face Liu Xuqing knew better than anyone.
Ji Mingtan.
The monster's murmurs drifted into Liu Xuqing's ears like a lover's soft words, just as he was on the verge of breaking down.
"Qingqing, why do you always want to leave me?"
"When you killed him, wasn't it because you wanted someone who would love you forever? Isn't this exactly what you've always wanted?"
[Reading Guide]:
1. Both leads are sexually inexperienced, 1v1, happy ending.
2. A supporting gong appears. He and the shou never had a physical relationship, but the shou genuinely liked him. This will be explained later, and it doesn't take up much of the story.
3. Modern alternate-universe setting with supernatural events, and just the tiniest hint of cosmic horror. Also, the supporting gong's death was not directly caused by the shou.
4. Neither lead is perfect, and both have character flaws. There is coercive love, so please avoid this if that bothers you.
5. The story is short, expected to be around 100,000 to 150,000 Chinese characters.

Here's the blurb for my next novel, I Don't Want to Be the Insect Mother. It's expected to be a medium-length novel, and it's already underway. If you're interested, please add it to your favorites~
[Blurb]:
Hypocritical, greedy, and obsessed with fame and fortune. That's how nearly everyone who knows Wen Xi Poenshi describes him.
Wen Xi is quite happy to accept that assessment.
His lifelong goal is to climb to the pinnacle of power, then look back and gaze down on the people he despises. He is willing to pay any price to achieve it.
But many years later, Wen Xi regrets it.
He lies in a nest painstakingly built by his children, his belly swollen high. His whole body trembles, and his skin has taken on an unnatural flush.
He would rather never have set foot on that so-called desolate planet.
"Is there anything you're still dissatisfied with?"
An insect that had taken on a beautiful human face drew the pale, frail insect mother into its arms and tenderly kissed his forehead.
That was his husband.
One of them.
"Isn't this exactly what you've wanted all your life?"
"To become the center of power, admired by all your subjects..."
"So stay."
"We all love you."
"And we're the only ones who will love you with all our hearts."

He saw a rotting corpse covered in moss and all kinds of tiny white flowers he couldn't identify. Swarms of butterflies burst out of it with a flutter.
[Reading Guide/Warnings]:
1. The story centers on the insect mother. All the insects love their mother, but the gong is fixed, and he is not related to the shou by blood.
2. The shou is actually quite tall, at 1.8 meters, but he's still too small compared to the insects.
3. There are some messy political systems, all made up by me. Everything serves the plot and has nothing to do with reality.
4. Neither the gong nor the shou is perfect (person? insect?) in characterization. But if their character (insect character?) is lacking, we can make up for it with pretty faces (just kidding).
5. Very strong, all-consuming love elements.
6. Three gongs have been confirmed so far, with a 1v1 relationship at each stage.
Theme: Love can overcome any hardship.
Uh-huh, actually, I didn't understand what I was talking about at first... Maybe it's because I didn't read carefully. I felt like I was confused along with Shou... But I didn't understand until later. The last few chapters were a bit unexpected. I feel like he is such a pitiful person... I feel sorry for him
It suits my taste quite well. I like it.
It's good-looking, but it's not good enough.
I want extra daily routine 😭 but it's not enough
Ah, ah, ah, actually I don't understand much, but the smell of dampness is very strong [Like]
Which one will the teacher open next? I am very interested in the master and apprentice book. Will the teacher open that one?
This episode is all about French cats. Reward.
I was confused at first, but I really liked this one. The teacher wrote it very well, and I liked it. The ending was really good. I hope the teacher will continue writing. This is just the way it is. I feel like it is well written. QAQ
It looks good. Come on, teacher. I want to watch the extra episode.
I like this emotional line very much. It is not sudden at all. When Qingqing responds, it still feels logical. The writing is really moist (?). The weird parts are also very interesting. And the description of Qingqing's long-haired beauty is so right. My astringent heart has been fighting with my curiosity about the development of the plot. Anyway, please continue to write!
