My Ex-Husband Came to My Door with Our Kid to Live Off Me in the 1980S

Zhao Luo awakens one day and discovers that her ex-husband and their twin boys are all major villains. The brothers fight so fiercely that the male lead swoops in and reaps the benefits. Can Shen Ying raise the kids? If he can't, then hand them all over to her! She moves into a courtyard house returned to its former owners under the reinstatement policy, making her relatives and neighbors green with envy. But before she can even settle in, her ex-husband shows up at her door with the kids. The man and the boy are both dressed in clothes patched over and over. He's penniless and down on his luck, but devastatingly handsome, and not the least bit ashamed of it. "If you're going to raise the two kids, could you raise me too while you're at it?" Is this some kind of ex-husband honey trap? Teaching brothers to love one another starts when they're little, so Zhao Luo decides to use Shen Ying as a convenient adoptive father. As Shen Ying sees it, they were a loving couple who supported each other through hard times. Who could have guessed Zhao Luo didn't see it that way? Cold and heartless, she demanded a divorce and a return to the city, with each of them taking one twin. For three years, he kept tabs on her and the kids. He heard that Zhao Luo spent lavishly, was vain, and was struggling financially. This was perfect! He had a fortune in his hands now. He was going to dump it in front of Zhao Luo and make that heartless woman call him Daddy! When kindergarten lets out, Xiaoyu runs toward the gate on little legs and spots Mom holding another child by the hand. Oh no! Mom got a new kid while Xiaoyu was away for just one day! The new kid is quick, scrambling right up Zhao Luo. Xiaoyu can't fall behind, so they hurry into Mom's arms too. With two clingy octopuses stuck to her, Zhao Luo gestures for Shen Ying to get them off. Shen Ying reaches out, but he can't peel them off. He really can't. So jealous of those two kids.
