Xu Ran, a high school senior repeating her final year, accidentally transmigrates to the Bakumatsu period. After surviving a shipwreck and escaping from the pleasure district, she encounters the young Okita Soji at the Shieikan.
With nowhere else to go, she is taken in by the Shieikan. Later, she goes with the flow and joins the Shinsengumi, witnessing the rise and fall of the wandering samurai.
I like Soji's character in Rise of the Ronin, so I wrote this for my own enjoyment. I got all the historical information from Baidu. Happy ending, and Soji will survive.
