To dispel the rumor that she'd been throwing herself at a male celebrity, Zhuang Yuan used a summoning System developed by a friend to bring a fictional character out of a novel to play her temporary boyfriend.

She wanted the gentle male lead, but got the name wrong and summoned the second male lead, Shen Ye.

In the novel, Shen Ye came from a prominent family and was proud and sharp-tongued. In the real world, his education, ID, and bank cards were all invalid, leaving him undocumented.

The System malfunctioned, and he couldn't return to the book. His only option was to pay the author a fortune to revise the setting, changing the novel's place names, bank names, and other details to real-world equivalents so he could reclaim his CEO identity in reality. But he had no money.

Zhuang Yuan had no choice but to take the troublesome guy in. The two of them ran a garden together to save up.

She'd thought she'd brought home a little tyrant and planned to save enough money as soon as possible to send him away.

But after spending more time together, she realized this annoying guy wasn't as annoying as she'd thought.

He'd get jealous in an awkward, roundabout way, play the victim to get her sympathy, and secretly learn to do chores and care for the puppy they'd adopted. When she wasn't looking, he worked hard for their future.

Later, Zhuang Yuan gradually realized that beneath his gentleness and thoughtfulness lay deep-seated insecurity.

That night, she returned from discussing a business partnership with a friend, and his eyes looked utterly shattered.

She did everything she could to help him feel secure, but after just one night, he suddenly became very well-behaved again, like a completely different person from the original Shen Ye.

One morning, Shen Ye said he had a surprise for her and told her to wait at home. Then he hurried out.

But she waited until dark, and he still hadn't come back.

A little dog ran over and clambered all over her.

The puppy reached out a paw and expertly tickled the soft spot on her belly, hitting it precisely.

Oh no! My boyfriend and the puppy switched souls!!!!!

4

The good news: I can finally hear his thoughts through the System! (*^▽^*)

The bad news: What on earth is going on in that guy's head? ╮(╯▽╰)╭

"I transmigrated into a dumb dog's body. How am I supposed to show my face again?"

"Being held by her every day like this isn't so bad, actually~"

"I've already lost face, so I might as well be her puppy for the rest of my life~"

The weather grew warmer, and everything gradually got better.

The garden was running smoothly, and Zhuang Yuan's acting career began to revive.

A movie she'd filmed two years ago finally premiered, and her acting unexpectedly made her a breakout star.

Then came an invitation to appear as a commentator on a dating show. The show would be filmed outdoors at the garden she ran.

The production team wanted to invite her previously photographed boyfriend, Shen Ye, to appear with her.

"There's no Shen Ye, only Samoyed Ye, the king of the dogs at our garden. He's a real professional!"

The staff looked at the pack of Samoyeds. Every one of them had a radiant smile, and when they ran, they looked like moving cotton candy.

"Where does Samoyed Ye begin?"
