A wicked-seed exorcist x an "alluring" ghost
Li Fang liked Fang Shuhe back in school and pursued him for years, but never won him over.
She thought there was no chance in this lifetime, only to suddenly hear that Fang Shuhe had died. His ashes were now sitting unclaimed at a funeral home.
A spiteful thought took hold of her. She put his ashes in a pendant and wore it around her neck. He wouldn't spare her half a glance when he was alive, but now that he was dead, he had to let her decide what to do with him.
That wasn't the end of it. She realized there seemed to be someone else in her home, but she couldn't see them. Water marks that appeared in the bathroom, lights turning on in the middle of the night, inexplicable noises...
After sending away an expensive exorcist, the honest soul who worked eighteen different jobs gripped the pendant around her neck and fell into thought.
"Maybe I should change careers."
And so Jiangcheng gained an exorcist who looked unreliable but was actually quite dependable, with a handsome "man" constantly by her side.
Someone pointed behind her and cried, "Master, you've got an evil spirit attached to you!"
She retorted, quite displeased, "Try calling my man filthy one more time!"
That night, a pale, slender hand gripped the edge of the bathtub, trembling. It left a scratch on the porcelain.
Li Fang grabbed that hand and pinned the "filthy thing" trying to flee back into the bathtub, her grip firm around his neck.
Steam enveloped her as the air turned misty. She smiled and coaxed him, "You have to get clean, or people will talk again."
