Kamo-senpai, a fourth-year at Kyoto Jujutsu High currently doing an internship and well-liked by her juniors, has come down with Hanahaki disease.
Hanahaki disease, a fake terminal illness that has swept Japan in recent years:
It is caused by intense unrequited love, and its symptom is the constant coughing up of flower petals.
The cure is to have your feelings returned by the person you love, or to sincerely give up on those feelings.
Otherwise, the disease rapidly worsens and may well lead to death.
So, who is Kamo-senpai in love with?!
Why won't Kamo-senpai say a word?!
It's not Noritoshi Kamo, who is from the same Kamo family, and it's not Yuta Okkotsu from the technical college. It's not Megumi Fushiguro or Sukuna's vessel, either.
It can't possibly be Todo, can it?!
If that's the case, then it does make sense why Kamo-senpai refuses to say a word.
Kamo sits by the flowerbed with an awkward laugh, then coughs up a few more sprays of white plum blossoms.
She can't exactly say:
that she's only met the person three times, can she?
