This is an old notebook that has been locked up in the long river of time.
The person who wrote it was Lila Alessia Maughan—before she became Lila Green, professor of biology at Imperial College and mother of Selina Green.
1948 Was a wonderful year: Grindelwald had just been defeated, Voldemort had not yet emerged, and the wizarding world could finally breathe a sigh of relief.
Why did a Ravenclaw girl who was born into a pure-blood family fall in love with Muggle biology? Why did you choose to study at a Muggle university after graduation, or even become a professor?
The answer is hidden in this notebook, as well as in two other "deviants" who frequently appear in the notebook: Black, who would eavesdrop on the Muggle rock radio station in the Slytherin common room, and Scamander, who preferred to be in a daze about herbs rather than chasing magical animals.
This is not a thrilling story, and is even a bit too ordinary. It's just about three "misfits" from pure-blood families who see each other, understand each other, and accompany each other on a daily basis during their seven years at Hogwarts.
