[The pacing has issues, so I'm planning a major rewrite. Updates are expected to resume sometime in 2027.]
Twenty years ago, Wu Yijing's parents were attacked and killed in a dark alley.
Wu Yijing, the sole survivor, was sent to live in an orphanage by a mysterious good Samaritan.
Twenty years later, Wu Yijing entered the public eye as an action star,
in pursuit of her dreams and the truth.
But before she could get far, she found herself at a dead end.
Just as she was lost and unsure what to do, a strange person with a strange object suddenly approached her, eager to propose a partnership.
Fenjia: Without me saving you, you won't get out of this predicament.
Wu Yijing: It's too soon to say who'll be saving whom.
Theme: Beauty comes from within, and your state of mind shapes your world.
