(Chapter comments are now open~)
The setting has been heavily reworked from Kitareru Consultation Hotline until it’s almost unrecognizable. The game’s original setting has been changed so much that, aside from the strange tales and phone calls, none of the remaining plot has been kept. As the story progresses, it expands from Japanese spirits and strange phenomena to Western supernatural beings, mixing in all kinds of strange tales, Lovecraftian elements, and even various systems of monsters, gods, and demons.
A pure Tsunayoshi-only theory, with him at the center. There are no reincarnations or past lives. The cover simply shows a delicious little bunny and the story’s current progress.
The story centers on 27, with 5927 as the main pairing. I guarantee there will be no forced equal treatment of pairings, so please read with confidence. Other pairings will appear in later bonus chapters.
The characters’ ages have been adjusted upward, with 27’s age as the reference point. Other changes: the Rainbow Children are adults, and L is an adult.
This has nothing to do with religion. Angels are simply the name of a type of spirit, like Zashiki-warashi, mermaids, and Hyakume.
Content warnings:
There is a high chance that characters from the original work will not be human.
Since I watch glove puppetry, I might not handle some very dark plotlines with a light touch.
(Highlighted) The bonus chapters contain this author’s twisted kinks, including but not limited to: love triangles, character death, erotic fiction, psychological breakdown, impostors, human-machine relationships, twist endings, unusual interactions, bad endings, neutral endings, and happy endings mixed together, little-t fiction, and hellish metaphors. Please make sure you are comfortable with these themes and check the bonus-chapter warnings before reading.
I’ll keep the main story at a fairly gentle level, so you can read it with confidence.
Tsunayoshi lost his job. After getting fired for the sixth time, he landed a job that came with a “boss directly attached.”
Reborn: Welcome aboard the Vongola Department of Anomalous Events.
Tsunayoshi: Who? Me? Deal with the supernatural? No way am I doing this!!!
Under threat from the other man’s bullets, Tsunayoshi was forced to join the Consultation Division.
On his very first day, an anomaly came crawling through the phone line to cause trouble. Thus began his miserable life of answering calls from the supernatural.
“Want a leg?”
“Red shoes or blue shoes?”
I was told that the Consultation Division’s job was just to identify the kind of anomaly the caller had encountered, record it, and hand it over to the Field Division! Can someone tell me why one anomaly after another is appearing on the screen?
Tsunayoshi: So your department’s phone line only gets calls from the supernatural, huh? I quit!
Before long, Tsunayoshi was shipped off to the Support Division.
Faced with one anomaly after another claiming to know him, he seriously considered how he could possibly have met beings old enough to be his ancestors during his eighteen years of life.
Oh! They’re just using family connections as an excuse to keep him here doing unpaid work!
Tsunayoshi: I don’t know you, I don’t remember you, and I’m not doing unpaid work. I quit!!
Before long, Tsunayoshi was dragged off to the Field Division.
As the people around him chatted and casually struck down anomalies, he was left alone, bewildered before a heap of indescribable things. Stop, stop, stop! Those tentacles are wrapping around my leg! What do you mean, it’s just a rope and I can burn it myself? What exactly are you people seeing?
Tsunayoshi: So you just left my perception filter turned off, huh? I quit!!!
He quit and quit, and in the end became the Tenth Vongola Boss. Wait, this is completely different from my resignation plan! Why did things end up following Reborn’s plan anyway!!!!
Reborn: You’ve grown up exactly as I expected, after all that effort.
Gokudera: As expected of the Tenth! It’s an honor for me to have witnessed the whole journey you’ve been through!!!
At eighteen, Tsunayoshi was drawn into the world of anomalies. There were strange spaces he encountered each time he nearly died, an ancient ring that suddenly appeared before him, spider silk hanging above his head, and eyes that gradually began to see anomalies.
A normal life seemed to be growing more and more distant. After he once prayed to a god to be free of the anomalies, the god handed him a world full of mysteries.
What exactly happened when I was fourteen?
Why do so many spirits seem to have known me for a long time?
Could it really be that I...
A rustling came from above, mixed with a buzzing murmur. What was the truth behind all of this?
Angels descended from the sky
“We’re the same kind, you know. Come back to my side soon♪”
Gokudera had seen Tsunayoshi smile in so many different ways: the practiced smile Reborn had trained into him, the exasperated smile he wore when those bastards got on his nerves, the gentle smile he forced himself to wear toward spirits when he was still afraid of them... And then there was the smile he saved for Gokudera, eyes tightly shut, peaceful yet pale. He hoped that one day Tsunayoshi could be happy, that he could laugh freely and happily every day, even if he wasn’t laughing for Gokudera.
Theme: Everyone around you will shed tears as they watch you grow.

"Don't move your hands or feet now." Sawada Tsunayoshi pulled out a new piece of parchment from the side and knocked the dishonest hand from his shoulder. "Kufufufu~ It's really chilling, Sawada Tsunayoshi, do you need me to help you recall the first words you said after you woke up?" Liu Daosui said, sighing exaggeratedly, "It has only been a few days, but someone has completely forgotten what he said at that time." Listening to the other party's words that gradually became filled with pleasure, Sawada Tsunayoshi stopped writing in his hand, and then pretended to be calm and continued to write his travel notes. Liu Daogui obviously would not miss this opportunity. This time, he stretched his hand to the parchment on the table where the other party's pen was written, blocking the place where the other party was going to write next. After being blocked from writing, Sawada Tsunayoshi simply lay down on the table, flipped the dip pen over, and poked the back of his hand in front of him with the penholder. "This time we are really just at the last bit, and it will be finished soon," "Do you need me to help you recall what you said half an hour ago?" Having been exposed, Sawada Tsunayoshi buried his face in his arms on the table with some guilt, and his voice came out muffled through his clothes. "After all, this is my first time on a boat, so naturally I want to write in more detail." "Tomorrow we have to walk a section of waterway when we go to Miner." Looking at Sawada Tsunayoshi, who was still looking like an ostrich, with his head out of his arms and his eyes shining brightly, Liu Daohai took back the hand blocking the other party's parchment, folded his hands on his chest and leaned on the table, showing a "sinful" smile to Sawada Tsunayoshi beside him and said, "But obviously someone is still immersed in the last part of the journey, so -" "Don't abuse your guide rights like this!" "Now I'm beginning to miss you when I first woke up. What you said at that time was quite unforgettable, Sawada Tsunayoshi." Liu Daoyu raised the corners of his mouth and said maliciously, "And look at you now, you really don't care about me at all. You would rather spend your time in these small places than staying with me." "Wait! There is absolutely no relationship between these two things." Sawada Tsunayoshi retorted, "And I'm with you right now!" "Tsk, tsk, according to your logic, you are also accompanying your parchments. You are really a busy man, Sawada Tsunayoshi." Sawada Tsunayoshi looked at the ghoul with a gun and a stick in front of him, and his thoughts drifted back to a few days ago. It was now the first week since they left Celephais and the first week since he "resurrected from the dead." According to what the ghoul in front of him said, the other party exchanged the misfortune of his own death and the misfortune of his immortality through the "Exchange of Misfortune". Frankly speaking, Sawada Tsunayoshi still does not understand why death and immortality can be used as equivalent weights on the scales. And through that transaction, it sounds better to be sharing life with the other person, but it sounds worse to say that the two of them are now grasshoppers on a rope in every sense. Thinking of this, he gently hooked his fingertips to the corner of the other party's clothes, gently pulled it open and said, "So, Bones, do you want to go for a walk together now?" "You still can't say anything that I want to hear more, but this time it's still reluctant." Rokudaori straightened up and stretched out his hand towards Sawada Tsunayoshi who was standing aside. Sawada Tsunayoshi took the man's hand and left the hotel room one after another. The ships on the river were moored in the port with violet sails, and the breeze blew slowly from the south. The streets were filled with fragrant fragrance. In the distance, you could see the white buildings with golden domes of Dilaslin crowded together on the other side of the river. Sawada Tsunayoshi tightly held the palm of the ghoul beside him. He thought that they would have many afternoons strolling like this in the coming journey. Tomorrow is such an exciting day. End1The journey of two people
It doesn't matter, Vongola will haunt you like a ghost ()
I feel like it's Xiaozheng, otherwise the original work doesn't seem to have any men wearing glasses except for Kawahira and Verdi... Was 100 sent to hint and guide 27? Also, are the glasses mentioned by Futa earlier a callback for the future chapter...?
I can't, Spanner()
