A note before we begin: This story will never be premium. I'm writing it for love, with weekly updates~
When Euliris Nieve was six, her parents sent her to live with a distant relative, Bathilda Bagshot, and never contacted her again. Bathilda Bagshot was Grindelwald's great-aunt, as well as the person who introduced Grindelwald and Dumbledore. You can imagine what happened next.
Whenever Euliris took an old book from the Bagshot family home and sat out on the lawn to enjoy the sun, Bathilda would tell her intriguing stories about Dumbledore and Grindelwald. Some were so outlandish that Euliris couldn't help wondering whether they were true.
When Euliris was nine, the Dark Lord came to Godric's Hollow. Lily Potter, who was usually so cheerful, died beneath the Killing Curse. Ignoring Grandma Bathilda's attempts to stop her, Euliris rushed into the Potter home as soon as she heard the news. There she found a man dressed in black, sobbing as he held Lily Potter. Euliris couldn't help silently shedding tears too.
When Euliris was eleven, she enrolled at Hogwarts and was astonished to discover that the man in black was the head of her House, while Dumbledore was the headmaster.
This world is simply too absurd, Euliris thought, rubbing her forehead.
