During an interview with the three-time Winter Olympics men’s singles figure skating champion, the reporter asked, “Chen Huang, what made you decide to take up figure skating in the first place?”
Chen Huang’s face went blank as he muttered under his breath:
“If I’d had any other choice, I wouldn’t have picked figure skating!”
Chen Huang unexpectedly got a so-called “life restart button” called the IF Universe. The System promised that if he went back to key moments in his life and made different choices, he could change his fate and reach the pinnacle of success!
Chen Huang rubbed his hands together. As a fairly unremarkable programmer, he decided it was time to make his mark in another field!
He decided to try being a painter first.
He took a commission, and the client cried because the painting was so ugly.
...Then he’d restart again!
Chen Huang tried becoming a content creator. He thought smugly, “If you catch the right wave, even a pig can fly.”
He was wrong.

Chen Huang sat in front of his screen, typing code with a dead look in his eyes and dark circles under them. A cup of goji berry tea sat on his desk.
The good news: He had a System.
