The Tide Flows Downward

Sculptor x Ice queen Younger woman, one-on-one Pei Chenxu returned to the seaside town to renovate an old house. The sculptor working on it was a beautiful, cold-faced young woman, hard to communicate with, fond of acting cool, and liable to walk away without a word. Pei Chenxu didn’t mind. But later, she happened to catch Xia Lian hiding in the dark, damp alley behind a bar... Xia Lian, Xia Lian, so lovely you make me feel sorry for you. Pei Chenxu wondered what she’d have to do to make her sad enough to look like that. The days in the coastal town were long. She watched Xia Lian climb the scaffolding with her bare hands, her fingers tracing the sculpture’s uneven contours. Under Pei Chenxu’s gaze, Xia Lian lowered her head and looked away, blushing all the way to her neck and down to her collar. Pei Chenxu suddenly felt that the seaside town wasn’t such a dull place after all. “If you’re just looking for someone to fool around with, stay away from me.” She made Master Xia cry, yet innocently widened her eyes. “So you can feel it? You didn’t react at all, so I thought you weren’t interested in me.” A spur-of-the-moment kink story. Theme: Loving you is salvation.
