Inamori Hayato accidentally ends up on the set of Jujutsu Kaisen.
The bad news: he's never watched Jujutsu Kaisen.
The worse news: not only is he a villain, he's also a half-human, half-cursed spirit who can come back from the dead even after being beaten into a pulp.
Calling him half-human isn't quite accurate. He's about twenty percent human.
He's Special Grade from the start, but according to his allies, Special Grade is nothing special. The strongest of the good guys, Gojo Satoru, can beat him so badly he won't know which way his head went. Terrifying.
The first time he meets the legendary Gojo Satoru:
Ally: "He's really ruthless and heartless."
Inamori Hayato: "..."
He really is hot.
But Gojo Satoru isn't heartless. Being heartless to your enemies doesn't count. It's just his bad luck that he's standing on the opposite side from Gojo Satoru.
Even after Gojo Satoru toys with him time and again, Inamori Hayato still insists that Gojo Satoru is perfect.
"Who said something bad about Gojo Satoru? I'll knock their head clean off."
2. Gojo Satoru spots a new face in the curse faction.
The first time they meet:
Student: "He looks really cold and heartless."
Gojo Satoru: "..."
But isn't he kind of smitten with me?
Inamori Hayato is Gojo Satoru's way into understanding the curse faction, so Gojo Satoru is extremely cautious and rational around this enemy.
Even when he gets hit with direct confessions every day, even when Inamori Hayato acts like a sincere, friendly big dog, even when Inamori Hayato is so nice that you can't find a single flaw in him, as soft and gentle as cotton candy.
Gojo Satoru still refuses to be moved. He insists on playing with his enemy's feelings, tricking him into giving up his body and heart, and absolutely will not fall for him for even a second.
He won't fall for him twice.
He won't keep falling for him.
Inamori Hayato: "It's okay if you don't fall for me. You've already tricked me into giving you my heart. When are you going to trick me into giving you my body?"
#Sorry, turns out I enjoy being deceived#
*The male lead is the top, and his pairing is Gojo Satoru.
*Special Grade from the start, but he grows over time. He's a pure undercover operative in the curse faction and a clever schemer who lies a lot, though not to Gojo Satoru. Samoyed-like, but only Gojo Satoru sees it. A Gojo Satoru superfan who always approves of everything he does. Has human and half-human forms, and looks especially handsome in his nonhuman form.
*An age-gap pairing in an alternate timeline. The story next door features an underage high school student pairing. The main story stands alone and has no connection to that one.
*Younger top, with an eight-year age gap.
*A romance between enemies, all about feelings and everyday life. Almost entirely focused on the two of them, with a recipe made entirely of sugar: pure sweetness.
