A Straight-Laced Swordsman Who Only Loves Cross-Dressing Hunks

A straight sword cultivator goes looking for a wife. He doesn't find one, and ends up becoming someone else's wife instead.

Lu Jiayang is a textbook sword cultivator: his hair tied in a high ponytail, a sword strapped to his back, a blade of grass between his teeth, and “I cultivate the path of ruthless detachment” as his daily mantra.

One day, he meets Zhou Hongxue, who looks like a celestial maiden come down to earth. His young heart falls, and he never again chants about cultivating ruthless detachment. From then on, all he talks about is finding himself a wife.

It's just that the fairy-like young lady is beautiful, comes from a good family, and is aloof and noble. She would never look twice at a dirt-poor sword cultivator. After all, the broken sword on Lu Jiayang's back couldn't even buy him a few bowls of millet porridge.

Luckily, fate has brought them together. Zhou Hongxue is hunted by his enemies and falls into a river, where Lu Jiayang happens to find him.

Zhou Hongxue has a wound on his back, so he takes off his clothes and asks Lu Jiayang to bandage it.

Lu Jiayang covers his eyes with one hand, his face turning bright red as he stammers, “I, I, I...”

“Stop babbling and bandage me.”

Lu Jiayang has no choice but to open his eyes. One look and he nearly bursts into tears. “Wait... you're a guy?”

“Still want to marry me?”

“No.”

“Then I'll marry you instead.”

“...”
