Back Before My Rich Wife Took Me by Force

[This novel went on hiatus several times because of various things in my real life. When I picked it up again, I couldn't find my rhythm, and I worried that readers might get invested when I couldn't guarantee regular updates, so I've locked it for now. I've been starting and finishing other novels all year. When I have the time and energy, I'll try building up a stock of chapters and finish this one.]

Fu Xinzhu is reborn before his wealthy wife forces him into marriage.

In his previous life, disaster struck. His parents died one after another, his younger sister was left permanently disabled, and he became a mere pawn in Yin Yuting's struggle for power.

But when he was caught in the entertainment world's turmoil, Yin Yuting was the one who protected him at every turn. Yin even died in a plane crash after being framed.

Reborn once more, Fu Xinzhu faces the marriage contract tossed at him by a bodyguard and says only, "I want to see him first."

Then...

He sees the lover who once held power and influence, kneeling in front of the old family home in a torrential downpour as punishment.

"It's raining so hard."

Fu Xinzhu steps into the rain and shields Yin Yuting with his body heat, keeping him from getting wet. "What if you catch a cold?"

.

As a cast-off son of a wealthy family, Yin Yuting was hated from a young age. He used ruthless methods to get whatever he wanted.

He was reborn with his memories of his previous life, too.

In this life, he hides his strength and bides his time, settles scores with his enemies, and prepares to tie Fu Xinzhu to his side again.

But just as he's gotten the rope ready, the handsome young man kisses his lowered lashes. "Is this some kind of kink?"

Yin Yuting's ears turn red. "..."

Later, this powerful man of the wealthy elite throws resources at his beloved until he's rolling in them, all to make him a top-tier star and an award-winning actor.
