The Demon Lord Raises a Baby Online

Xie Linzhou transmigrated, starting from the very beginning with a dilapidated castle, moldy bread as his only food, and the previous lord's enemies on all sides. Could he just die now and go home? [Ding! Congratulations, Host. You've bound the Lord System. Let's summon players together and build a wonderful demon world.] Xie Linzhou: ...How can a demon world be described as wonderful? When Abyssal Era launched, players discovered that the game was absurdly realistic: pain was set to one hundred percent, dead NPCs didn't respawn, and players had to pay for damaging public property. Their boss was a demon lord with maxed-out beauty stats. The chat went silent for three seconds when he first appeared, then flooded with the same message: “Can someone really look like that?” It didn't take long for them to discover that the owner of that face was even more famous for his temper. One player got handsy and touched the lord's tail, only to be struck by lightning and charred on the spot. Another tried to pry bricks out of the city wall to sell, and the next second, his assets were in the red. The forums were full of complaints, but the lord was just too beautiful. Fine, then: a sacred, untouchable flower on a mountain peak! Later, a mixed-blood little boy with a broken horn appeared at the lord's side. The boy was shy and clung only to the lord, glaring at anyone who came near Xie Linzhou. Players tried to touch his horn and almost got their fingers bitten off, but one look from Xie Linzhou was enough to make him behave. When someone carried him off for a bath, his whole body stiffened, but his tail quietly curled around the lord's forearm. When scolded, he kept a blank expression, but as soon as he turned away, he buried his face in the lord's neck and secretly smiled. The chat exploded: “I'm shipping them! Beautiful lord × poor little cub!” “The lord acts annoyed, but he's so gentle with him!” “This isn't a game, it's a romance-and-baby-raising simulator!” Xie Linzhou watched the players' favorability ratings flood the System dashboard, then glanced at the little cub pretending to sleep in bed while actually sneaking peeks at him. He fell into thought. “Are these players... reading too much into everything?” My name is Xiu. They say I'm a little monster raised by the lord. They're right. My life belongs to him, but so does he. I waited a very, very long time for myself to grow up. So I could hold my beloved older brother in my arms late at night, wrap my tail around his calves, and murmur in my sleep the name I've wanted to call him for so long. Brother, you're mine. No one can take you away. My brother has lots of secret identities, but he can't fool me with any of them. In a crowd, if it's you, I'll recognize you at a glance. #He traded me a piece of jerky for my whole life# #Later, everyone knew the demon lord had a bitey shadow by his side# Theme: Everyone working together to build a beautiful world
