[The Outcast] The Days I Became Zuo Ruotong's Soulmate

When Xun Chunmiao was fourteen, a voice suddenly appeared in her mind.

The voice claimed to belong to Zuo Ruotong. Xun Chunmiao looked him up and was surprised to find that he was a Taoist priest who had passed away before the founding of the country.

Master Zuo told her, “You’re missing a soul, so my lingering spirit, for reasons I don’t know, came to fill the gap.”

Xun Chunmiao exclaimed, “Oh! Then aren’t we soulmates?”

Zuo Ruotong was speechless, and gave the mischievous girl a stern talking-to.

But he never expected that this chance encounter, with this very girl, would finally resolve a matter weighing on his heart.

[Before You Read]

1. No romance in the main story. The bonus chapters will pair Zuo Ruotong and Zhang Chulan.

2. A short fanfic. I was so eager after reading the Three-One Sect arc that I wrote this for fun (.

3. Updates may be weekly or monthly.

4. There are many original interpretations. The story touches on the supernatural and Taoist arts, with some research but not much, so please don’t take it too seriously~

5. Apologies for any out-of-character moments.
