This is a high-school alternate-universe story based on West and East and Half-Understanding. It uses the original characters' core personalities as a foundation but changes some details to fit the new story, such as age differences, professions, and future character development. The setting is roughly based on the lives of the three women born in 1990, Song Yao, Chu Jin, and Xu Qing, and portrays high school life around 2008. I'll do my best to reflect life in that era. If anything feels out of place, it's because Sharky has a bad memory. Thanks, everyone!
