Heng Yan is the last God of Food in the world.
One day, she slips while eating and falls straight into an imaginary ancient dynasty in the human world, along with a food System.
From the start, she gets a recipe collector that requires her to personally gather every ingredient for each dish: growing it herself, obtaining it herself, and cooking it herself. Her ultimate mission is to complete the eight great regional cuisines in the recipe collection.

The ingredients for every dish come from the farm assigned to Heng Yan.
Plowing fields and growing vegetables, fishing and tending flowers, grafting fruit trees, building machines by hand: every miracle begins with a single grain of wheat.
Heng Yan used to care only about eating and had never done any of this herself. Though it is a little difficult at first, she soon makes a lovely life for herself. She unlocks a forest area and gathers a basket of colorful mushrooms, then picks up shells by the sea, drills holes in them to make crafts, and gives them to pretty young ladies when she sets up a stall selling chilled rice cakes in town.

While studying how the System works, Heng Yan discovers a "Reward System."
For every cuisine she completes, she can claim a handsome helper from that region.
Curious, Heng Yan redeems a reward from the Jiangsu cuisine set.
That night, she returns home after a full day of farm work to find a man in blue robes standing inside. His features are gentle as jade, and when he sees Heng Yan, he says meekly, "Master, shall I wash your feet?"
The helpers can cook, pull weeds, iron clothes, and warm the bed. They're also particularly attentive, with excellent massage skills, and look after Heng Yan in every way.
So Heng Yan redeems a reward from the Shandong cuisine set, and a broad-shouldered man with regular features arrives at once. He's tall and strong, with sharp, sword-like eyes and an imposing air. When he goes out with Heng Yan, he thoughtfully warms the hand warmer and gently places it in her palm.
With handsome men like these, Heng Yan can have eight.
