Monologue of a Severe Anxiety Sufferer

[First Person, Short Story, Free]

Please choose how anxious you have actually felt over the past two weeks:

□ Not at all

□ A few days

□ More than half the time

□ Almost every day

□ Constantly

If I could be a safe place for you to vent, then when your heart races faster than the alarm, when your breath churns into a cry for help, at least here, no one will judge you by saying, "You're just overthinking it."

Guidelines:

1. First person, I/we

2. Short story, free

Theme: Let's encourage one another
