I'm an utterly ordinary otome game player, and today I opened a new game.
Beautiful art, realistic characters, incredible freedom. Five stars!
I'm a Celestial Dragon from the start, with a ton of gold and exclusive perks.
Two main quests pop up:
1. Get any SSR on the romance target list to 100% affection.
2. Build the greatest city in the New World.
I look at the list of romance targets: Red-Haired Shanks, Shamrock of the God's Knights, Marco the Phoenix, Dracule Mihawk, Sir Crocodile, King the Conflagration, Kizaru, Aokiji, Beckman, Dragon, Issho...
They're all gorgeous and powerful! Every faction is represented. Wow, this game is spoiling the players!
Seriously, this game gets me.
Collecting the character gallery, developing my city, winning over my crushes. These are my three greatest joys!
Just as one of the romance targets who'd practically been handed to me was about to reach max level, it turned out to be a trap. I stormed off in a rage.
I'm done wasting my time on you. I'll stick to winning affection the hard way, step by step.
As a player, I have only two principles: collect every character and conquer every route.
If one isn't enough, I'll pursue several routes at once. Surely one of them will max out successfully.
I woo the SSRs one by one. The collection progress is a joy to behold, and I'm getting more and more of their exclusive NPC drops.
The only problem is, the NPCs in this game seem a little too smart.
The NPCs I've marked as romance targets are starting to look at me strangely.
And I think my weapon rack has gotten me into trouble.
N men all turn to look at me. "Tell us, who do you actually like?"
I look at the points that are nearly maxed out and say, "I like all of you. Wouldn't it be nice if we were all loving friends?"
They exchange glances and smile in a way that sends a chill down my back.
Shanks sets down his wine glass. "Then let's see whose weapon gets to stay on your rack in the end."
Me: ???
Is this the romantic battlefield caused by my weapon rack?!!!
Content warnings:
1. The protagonist has a player's mindset. Don't take it as a reflection of real life.
2. The protagonist is a villainous Celestial Dragon heiress with a chaotic neutral alignment.
3. City management 40%, romance 60%.
4. The ending is 1v1, but the alternate routes have different endings (two alternate endings planned so far).
5. Lots of original worldbuilding.
6. Updates according to the ranking schedule before serialization, then daily after serialization, at 9 p.m.
Final blurb, August 27, 2026. Screenshot saved for reference.
Theme: Treat others sincerely, and sincerity will be returned.
Oh my God, maybe the player still has a childhood line 🐶 When he was a child, Stink should be cuter than Xiaohong 🐶
I think this Kirin Gom is quite pretty too
What a fast progress! Quack
Shamlock's scheming
"Fiona took one look and was thrown..." This is a big bug for the author~ ? Wasn't this setting already written in the first chapter? [Question mark]
"The second main task is almost completed?..." This is a big bug for the author~
"The famous woman's quick disappearance" is a big thorn in the side of the author~
