Chen Jing has recently begun to feel that he doesn't love his wife quite as much anymore.
He fell in love with Sheng Meng at first sight, and after a long, relentless pursuit, he finally married her.
But lately, he feels like something has changed.
He doesn't go near Sheng Meng. When he smells her, his face turns red and his heart pounds.
He doesn't spend all day thinking about clinging to her, or start imagining all sorts of things the moment they're apart, his mind filled with thoughts of how they can stay together forever.
He feels guilty, and he's also terrified that she'll find out he doesn't love Mengmeng anymore.
Every day, he imagines hundreds of things Mengmeng might do when she finds out.
First, she'll divorce him.
Then, knowing he doesn't love her, she'll go somewhere without telling him, and won't reply to his messages.
She'll be cold toward him when they're together and won't want to look at him.
No holding hands, no hugs, and no kisses...
She might not even want to come home anymore.
Thinking about all that makes Chen Jing want to burst into tears.
In a panic, he posts online for advice: "What should I do if I feel like I don't love my wife quite as much anymore?"
He goes on to explain in detail what might happen as a result.
One comment says, "You're already getting divorced, and you're still dreaming big."
Chen Jing can't even cry anymore. So when you divorce, you might not even get to keep your spouse's contact information!

In the morning,
Chen Jing wakes up to find Sheng Meng isn't in his arms, so he gently pulls her close.
He looks at Sheng Meng's fair little face, her long eyelashes and small, pink lips. Her eyes are closed, and she's still asleep.
He can't help poking her. So cute.
He silently prays that his wife won't notice he doesn't love her quite as much anymore. He wants to spend the rest of his life with her.

Sheng Meng is in a car accident on her way to work, suffers a brain hemorrhage, and loses her memory.
Chen Jing hurries to the hospital and receives the terrible news.
In losing her memory, Sheng Meng has forgotten every last thing about him.
Chen Jing is both heartbroken and aggrieved.
He finally manages to console himself that he's Sheng Meng's legal husband and still has a chance.
But Sheng Meng sees the post he made and figures that since they don't have much affection between them anyway, she might as well divorce him.
Chen Jing feels like his life is over.
Sheng Meng won't eat the food he cooks, won't let him do her laundry, and won't let him touch or hug her.
Chen Jing cries every day.
What should I do if my wife wants to divorce me?
