Everyone wants the Netherbone, believing that whoever holds it can command the wind and rain.
They don't know that this bone feeds on evil thoughts and repays blood debts. It is the protective charm Nuwa left for women.
Yan Xu has forgotten her past. All she remembers is her uncle saying that she was a jinx who caused her mother's death.
A deal draws Yan Xu into the Netherbone turmoil. Looking back, she realizes she had been caught up in it from the beginning.
She is no jinx. She is Nuwa's blade.
She will follow this trail to find her past and uncover the truth.
This time, she will make the bone tear open the hypocritical heavens.
