Akiyama Chinatsu transmigrated into a world of good and evil and was bound to a dating System, but the System loved speaking in riddles.
Her target was a long-haired man, left-handed, an excellent shot, and a lawless criminal.
Akiyama Chinatsu diligently pursued Gin for over half a year.
When the boss lit a cigarette, she offered a flame. When the boss went out, she drove. When the boss had a mission, she cleaned up afterward. When the boss was attacked, she took the knife for him.
Even Gin, cold and heartless, the organization’s top assassin, seemed finally moved. The mood between them was just right, and they were about to turn out the lights...
The System popped up. “Host, you picked the wrong person again!”
That’s right, “again.”
Her first target was a sunny, cheerful young man with exceptional powers of deduction, who also had a secret identity he couldn’t reveal while still a high school student.
As a newbie gift, the System had even thoughtfully shown her a photo [pay attention]
Following the System’s hints and the photo, Akiyama Chinatsu pursued Kaito for over half a year. She finally waited until he let down his guard and was about to tell her his real identity...
System: Host, you picked the wrong person!
After twice faking her death when her pursuits failed, Akiyama Chinatsu reflected long and hard: Next time, give me a unique identifying condition!
The System agreed.
Scotland thought he was done for after his identity was exposed. But at the last possible moment, Akiyama Chinatsu rushed in and saved him.
The beautiful, poisonous woman leaned close to his ear, her breath sweet as an orchid. “Is your lover this country?”
Hiro: ?
Akiyama Chinatsu had picked the wrong person three times and now refused to do anything. After a long struggle, the System finally got the headquarters to approve a “fast track” for them.
Akiyama Chinatsu: Your “fast track” means restarting all three routes at once?!!
Akiyama Chinatsu looked at the six exes glaring at her:
The already-dark boss from the Black Organization, who had gone even darker;
The dark-skinned waiter who hadn’t been all that dark before, but seemed to have gone dark now;
The sunny, cheerful master thief with a double identity;
The Heisei-era Sherlock Holmes, who somehow knew everything despite supposedly not knowing her;
The Red Organization’s Gin, who was looking more and more like Gin;
And the cat-eyed man who hadn’t been dark before, but was now...
Akiyama Chinatsu: ...Don’t come any closer!!
1. Still my favorite kind of female lead: a beloved-by-everyone heroine, with all the melodramatic Mary Sue love-triangle drama you could want.
2. Plenty of faked deaths, unmasking secret identities, and melodramatic “I’m my own substitute” tropes. Please mind the content warnings.
3. They’re all love interests. Any relationships that don’t get an ending in the main story will have separate endings. I just want to give everyone a home.jpg
4. The timeline differs considerably from the original, with everything shifted forward four to five years. For reference, Shinichi and Kaito are already in college, and Shuichi and Hiro’s identities have not been exposed.
5. There are lots of headcanons that differ from the original. Some are summarized in the author’s note at the end of Chapter 1, while others are foreshadowed and explained later. Most things that don’t match the original are headcanons.
Coming soon 1: A Dating Sim with Reversed Factions, Synchronized with Reality
Nanami Machi, 17, is an ordinary high school student who transferred from Britain to Teitan High in Beika.
But no one knows that she returned to Japan to investigate the cause of her parents’ deaths.
She thought that was her biggest secret.
Until she was pulled into an unreal dating game.
The good news: The game’s content and characters are based on reality, so she can use it to continue investigating the truth.
The bad news: Uh... her own identity has been flipped, and she’s now a member of the organization. Does that count as bad news?
Luckily, it’s only a game. She just has to reach the next save point to return to reality.
And so she spent her days running between the game and real life.
Until one day, in real life, she witnessed the crime scene of a silver-haired assassin.
Something’s not right! She stared at the bloodthirsty, sinister, terrifying man in front of her. Wasn’t the game’s “Gin” a righteous investigator who had infiltrated the organization? Why did the real one seem so... different in style??
Then, another day, at a security detail overseen by the Public Security Bureau, she spotted a man who looked suspiciously like someone blond with dark skin.
This isn’t right either! Was this righteous-looking man in a suit really the same “Bourbon” she knew from the game, a ruthless organization member who stopped at nothing?
Fine, fine. She reassured herself once more: It was just a game. Even if it was wildly different from reality, that was still possible...
Until another day, when her righteous, kind-hearted high school classmate cornered her.
“Lately, I’ve been having this dream on and off.
“In the dream, I seem to be the heir to an evil organization’s boss.”
Nanami Machi: “...Well, as the saying goes, everything in a dream is the opposite of reality.”
“Not at all,” said the Heisei-era Sherlock Holmes with a warm smile. “In the dream, I seem to like you quite a lot, too.”
...No big deal, she reassured herself once again. Maybe the characters had synced some of their memories. Perhaps it was just an isolated case.
Her positive self-reassurance finally collapsed when she saw a handsome cat-eyed man with short stubble in real life.
“As you can see, I’m the genuine Hiroshi Morofushi.”
What do you mean, someone who was supposed to die in the line of duty in real life came back to life because she completed his route in the game???
Coming soon 2: Unlock! Guardian Characters in Beika
Hoshino Hikaru, a 16-year-old high school beauty, had just unlocked her Guardian Character, “Ai,” when she accidentally landed in Beika Town.
The System assigned her a mission: Spread love through this hellhole, where even the Grim Reaper has to queue up to complete his onboarding paperwork.
First, she had to help everyone unlock their Guardian Characters.
One day, at a crime scene in Beika Town:
The Heisei-era Sherlock Holmes had just deduced what happened, but the culprit was ferocious and kidnapped a child in an attempt to escape.
Just as the police were at a loss, a sweet voice suddenly rang out from the crowd: “My heart, Unlock!”
After a burst of sparkling pink effects, she seemed to have wandered straight out of a shoujo manga and into a murder scene. Shouting about love, justice, and the bonds of friendship, she charged forward.
The culprit dropped to his knees with a thud, weeping, repenting, and admitting his guilt.
The next morning, the great detective lifted his blanket...
And found a brown egg.
#Eliminate everything impossible, and the only truth left is: He laid an egg#
Another day, an emperor of odd jobs who had long been working three jobs finished a day’s work:
He wrote tomorrow’s menu for Poirot, compiled false information to send to the distillery, submitted his weekly report to the Public Security Bureau, and got three hours of sleep...
When he woke up, there were three eggs in his bed.
#Three is the limit for jobs, not for eggs#
Then another day... forget it, let’s fast-forward to:
Gin woke up from a nap and found an extra egg in his bed.

He reached out and crushed the egg with a squelch.
#Pass it on: Gin woke up and crushed his own egg#
Coming soon 3: The Vampire’s Natural Enemy Is Forced to Become Everyone’s Favorite
You transmigrated into a world where vampires and humans coexist, becoming the adopted daughter of the headmaster of Cross Academy.
In this chaotic world, you were a frail human with no strength to fight back, and all you wanted was to live in peace and safety.
So you gave yourself the name Niku, a Japanese homophone for “garlic.”
It wasn’t a pretty name, but it was practical enough: Garlic repels vampires.
You also covered yourself from head to toe in silver jewelry and carried garlic, the vampires’ natural enemy, everywhere. It made you feel safe.
You felt safe too soon.
Somewhere along the way, something went wrong. Though you were a vampire’s natural enemy inside and out, vampires were inexplicably drawn to you.
From purebloods to Level E, the moment they encountered you, they came closer as if they’d caught the scent of catnip, unable to control themselves.
Kuran Kaname, the highest-ranking pureblood in vampire society, a noble king who never smiled at anyone.
He rarely came near you, but whenever you turned around, you met his gaze.
“Cross,” he said with a gentle smile that couldn’t conceal his absolute control over everything around him. “We’ve met before.”
A chill ran down your back. You immediately denied everything: No, it wasn’t me, you’ve got the wrong person.
Kiryuu Zero, the only survivor after vampires slaughtered his family, the person who hated vampires more than anyone in the world, yet unable to resist the cruel fate of becoming one himself.
He drew close, held you in place, and buried his face in your neck, whispering between ragged breaths, “Only your scent can calm me down.”
You: ...You mean the smell of garlic?
Later, all the vampire nobles in the Night Class started gravitating toward you.
Aido-senpai, the campus idol, walked past you five times a day. Ichijo-senpai, renowned for his elegance and manners, couldn’t stop himself from crossing the line with you. Ruka-senpai, the campus goddess, invited you to afternoon tea every day. Even Rima-senpai and Senri-senpai, the famous celebrity couple, were always sticking close and feeding you snacks...
Then Yuuki, your fellow adopted daughter of the Cross family and the ultimate big-sister fanatic, chased them all away with her baton. “You vampires! If you keep approaching my sister with bad intentions, I’ll dump a lethal dose of garlic into the Night Class cafeteria!!”
You: ...Calm down, my dear little sister. They’re almost immune by now.
Just as you thought your chaotic but relatively peaceful days could continue forever, a girl transferred into the Night Class at Cross Academy. She was a legendary “pureblood noble” on the same level as Kuran Kaname, the younger daughter of the Hio family: Hio Saki.
As Kuran Kaname’s fiancée and the sworn enemy of Kiryuu Zero’s family, she stirred up a storm at Cross Academy that could not be quelled.
But none of that had anything to do with you. You only wanted to be an ordinary person and quietly keep your head down in peace.
Until Hio Saki tried to do something unforgivable and hurt the people you cherished.
At last, you stepped forward, forced to bring your more than ten years of human life to an end.
“She has no right to make any decisions on behalf of the Hio family.”
You looked at the “Hio Saki” before you and tore away your human disguise with your own hands.
“Because I am the real Hio Saki.”
Your name is Hio Saki.
From birth, you had the bloodline but none of the abilities of a pureblood. You were called “the shame of the purebloods”: Hio Saki.
And you were the one being no vampire should ever provoke.
Warnings:
1. Third-person narration, with the melodramatic, old-school Mary Sue harem love-triangle flavor.
2. The original plot has been changed considerably. You can read this without having seen the original manga or anime.
3. The heroine is truly beloved by everyone, or rather, every vampire. All vampires feel some degree of “physical attraction” to her. Vampires of all genders like to get close to her, but it isn’t always romantic, and there’s no girls’ love storyline.
4. The heroine isn’t actually powerless. She does have abilities, and they’re not weak.
5. The original heroine, Yuuki, is portrayed quite differently here. She’s completely devoted to her big sister. Her background and basic character setup are unchanged, but her relationship with Kuran Kaname is purely that of biological siblings, while with Zero it’s a purely romantic rival (strike that), a competitive struggle for Saki’s affection. Yuuki’s personality differs from her portrayal in the original, including the anime. She’ll be proactive and able to fight.
6. Separate endings.
Theme: In a world woven from lies, only true feelings cannot be disguised.
When will it be updated? [Crying]
