I Heard You Like Me

Cheng Ye had known Shen Chuyi since high school.

She was quiet, a nobody in class. Yet this unremarkable girl, whose grades were perfectly average, beat him to become the province's top scorer on the college entrance exam.

Later, she became a programmer at his company, still keeping to herself and barely making a ripple.

And yet this same Shen Chuyi had the nerve to sleep with him.

Shen Chuyi had been secretly in love with Cheng Ye for ten whole years, right up until he became her boss.

Screw butterflies! Being someone's boss really does take all the mystery away!

But ten years is a long time to hold on to an obsession.

So one dark and windy night, when Cheng Ye was in the mood, she seized her chance and made him hers.

He didn't know it was her. She disappeared into the crowd and watched him rage helplessly.

Then came the whole package: quitting, blocking him, and faking her death.

She didn't care about forever. She only cared about having had him once.

She was shameless, and made no secret of it.
