Madman of the Beijing elite × manga artist
Xia Zhimian fell in love with Huo Zhan'geng at first sight.
She went to great lengths to get close to him and climb this money tree, until he became her boyfriend.
Her boyfriend was obedient and clingy, handsome and rich, and the head of the Huo family in the capital. Anyone would envy her life.
But gradually, Xia Zhimian realized something was wrong with him.
[Sleepyhead, why aren't you answering me? Talk to me, talk to me. I miss you so much, miss you so much, miss you so much...]
[Baby, who was that man hugging you? You wouldn't be mad if I killed him, right? Just kidding ^_^]
[Baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby]
-
Xia Zhimian regretted it and asked to break up.
He was a psycho. If she kept getting involved with him, she'd go crazy too.
Xia Zhimian shoved a contract at him. "Huo, it clearly says one year. The term is up, so let's part on good terms."
The tender look in Huo Zhan'geng's eyes turned cold as he walked toward her, step by step.
"Sleepyhead, now that you're making money from your comics, you think you can just kick me to the curb? That's not how it works."
Xia Zhimian couldn't stop backing away. He pushed her down onto the bed.
His eyes were full of tenderness as his fingertip pressed against the corner of her lips. "Be good. The wedding is the day after tomorrow. Smile a little more."
-
She ran away from her wedding, fleeing to an unfamiliar city.
But no matter where she went, Huo Zhan'geng could always find her, with terrifying precision.
"Sleepyhead, Sleepyhead."
Xia Zhimian hid in an empty alley, listening as his dress shoes came closer and closer.
He hummed a tuneless melody, his pace unhurried.
"Is my Sleepyhead here?" he murmured.
She was so afraid she closed her eyes. One sentence had made her fear of him sink into her bones.
Xia Zhimian forgot to breathe. As she tried to run, a face suddenly appeared right before her.
The dim light caught the upturned corners of his lips as he smiled at her.
"Found you, Sleepyhead."
[Bonus Scene]
Xia Zhimian once fell into the sea and woke up in a confused state.
Three sentences were driven into her mind like iron rules:
1. You love Huo Zhan'geng.
2. You like being intimate with Huo Zhan'geng, and you must find a way to be with him.
3. The first rule is absolute. Do not break it. You must obey.
P.S.
⭐ The male lead is a sinister, obsessive yandere who'll stop at nothing to get what he wants. He's pure evil!!!
⭐ Happy ending
