Coronation Day

[Knight x Emperor Disguised as a Man]

I got stuck writing fanfiction, so I started this original story to clear my head.

On the tenth day after the new emperor's coronation, I was confined to my bedchamber.

The Black Iron Guards kept watch day and night, calling it "protection."

Every night, His Majesty the Emperor would return to sleep beside me. After all, Her Highness the Princess had been afraid of the dark since childhood.

Only, on the day of the coronation, that princess told me: she was a man.

And the princess I had served for over a decade had long been dead.

"You just like this face, no matter whose body it's on."

I used to be Her Highness the Princess's knight.

Now, I am a prisoner trapped in a web of lies.

Warning: First-person female-oriented romance, with a polyamorous all-pairings harem. Major canon changes and out-of-character behavior ahead. Everything serves the all-pairings romance. The writing is average, and the main focus is on romance with everyone, regardless of gender. Read with caution if this isn't your thing. Thanks for reading. Written on 2026.1.16

Theme: Serve loyally forever, never leave, until the kingdom collapses and the world falls apart
