001 is the department's universally acknowledged good-natured worker. Even when he's made the scapegoat, he never says a word, let alone pushes back against his supervisor's unreasonable demands.
But nice people get taken advantage of.
The department's Flower Market branch, which had gone straight, suddenly flares back to life, turning its little worlds into SSS-level high-risk zones---
The vicious villains torment the protagonists in every way imaginable, including bullying, humiliation, and sexual abuse... Just as things are about to turn into an adults-only scene covered in mosaics, 001, forced to take the blame, arrives holding up a sign:
[Clean up the industry's conduct! Put the industry back in order!]
[It's everyone's responsibility!]
Good. His overwhelmed supervisor decides to hand 001 this mess, telling him to keep a close eye on the vicious villains and put an end to their misconduct.
If necessary, he can take certain coercive measures.
The higher-ups regularly patrol these dangerous little worlds. When they find that the worlds overseen by the good-natured 001 are unusually peaceful, they grow curious and ask him what's going on---
Supervisor: [You've done great this time, 001! What did you do?]
The good-natured worker slowly types his reply:
[Thank you for the praise. I didn't do much...]
[...I just got the villain pregnant, that's all.]
Well, that should keep the vicious villain too busy to cause trouble, right?
The good-natured worker turns to look at the beautiful, vicious villain, who is suffering from severe morning sickness.
*
A little scene:
"Hey! I'm not eating this!"
"You don't want it? Let's try something else." The good-natured worker calmly offers a second option.
"I don't want to eat anything!!! This is morning sickness! Do you even know what morning sickness is?!"
Taking advantage of the good-natured worker's easygoing nature, the vicious villain acts outrageously.
The good-natured worker says nothing, simply staring at the vicious villain.
The vicious villain begins to feel uneasy, wondering if the good-natured worker is angry.
The beautiful, sharp-featured villain reluctantly backs down a little, softening his tone: "...The baby I'm carrying is yours. You should at least have a little patience, right?"
The good-natured worker looks at the villain's slightly swollen belly and dutifully goes to prepare a third set of options.
The vicious villain gloats: Got him wrapped around my finger!
The good-natured worker: Behave.
